Fresh green salads from the lodge garden, chicken roasted in clay and a thali dinner comprising a selection of regional dishes complete the culinary experience. Carefully roasted onions and bell peppers accompany the chicken, which are cooked with spinach, cloves and black cardamom, or prepared with ground spices and sautéed with cinnamon water. Nutritious green lentils and gram flour dumplings as well as appetising spinach dishes make for a mouth-watering, yet healthy meal.
