Spending time in the lap of nature can be a highly rewarding experience. Spot rare species of beautiful plants and majestic animals, including the famous Royal Bengal Tiger while staying here. Kanha has an enviable tiger population, and is an important park, with regards to the ongoing tiger conservation efforts in India. The grassy meadows and deep, lush ravines inspired Rudyard Kipling’s famous ‘The Jungle Book’.
The tented suites at Banjaar Tola, Kanha National Park, feature glass doors and floating verandahs, with spectacular views of the Banjaar River and the core zone of Kanha National Park.
In order to leave as light a footprint on the environment as possible, the suites are set on raised platforms, supported at only seven points on the ground.
The rooms, luxuriant in nature and outfitted with all the latest amenities are a favourite amongst guests here. Bamboo floors, raw timber furniture and canvas wardrobes make the rooms rustic and inviting, while beautiful 'bastar' metal work, hand-printed upholstery and intricate stone carvings from local artisans give the room a distinct and unique feel.
Unwind in the cosy sitting area and read an engaging novel or watch exotic birds and wildlife from the private deck. Make use of the in-room spa services for a luxuriant massage or other special therapies.
